The first steps to creating your own web site

1 Drop us a line at LDnet and let us know your interested, tell us all about yourself and your business, tell us what you'd like in your web site, let us know the Domain name you require, and we'll check if it's available. If you've seen a site on the WWW you like, let us know where it is, and we'll take a look.
We'll get back to you with some Ideas (if we can't help we know a man who can).
2 Get all your information together photographs, maps, technical information, press releases,
newspaper stories, ,jokes, anecdotes, anything and everything, it's your site be creative.
3 Look at all your information and think about how it could fit together.
Take a look at our sample webs it might help.Then drop us a line with your ideas, and we'll help fit them together.
4 Get it all to us here at Ldnet and we'll put a site together. We'll get your Domain registered i.e. "www.yourname.co.uk" and post a holding page.

5 We'll post your site on the web, you then have 10 days to make alterations and make payment

 

Site structure.
We provide advice regarding the best manner in which to divide your site into pages to facilitate management and maintenance of your site with minimum site disruption.
Text:
Provide your text information. This can be in the form of; paper, hand-written or typed, or in electronic format as a text (*.txt) file on standard 3.5" 1.44Mb floppy disk or CD.
As much as you can muster
Background:
You may specify the background colour or texture by sending a *.gif or *.jpg file. Alternatively, specify the RGB values or be less specific such as, "light green". 
Images:
Provide your images in electronic format as *.gif *.bmp or *.jpg files on 3.5" FD or CD.
Alternatively, we will scan your photographs or artwork (we can if you require come out to you, with a digital camera P.O.A)
We will provide any required; resizing, colour depth reduction and compression
